August First--a brief summary

Yup, it's August already. One month 'til school, three and a half months 'til my birthday, five months 'til Christmas.

I figure I've gotten off to a good start--cute outfit, talking grownup-to-grownup with Mom, and eating some Kix, which I had the pleasant surprise of discovering in the cabinet this morning. :)

I have SO MUCH to do before going back, primarily learning to drive and getting my passport. Yes, I'm getting my passport. Mimi and Pappy really want to help me go to Florence, and I figure, being almost twenty, it's about time I had one.

Less than a week 'til you guys are home! :DDDDD
